Ellana provided cost estimating services for the interior renovation and exterior repair and restoration of a 42,000 SF courthouse. The renovation reconfigured the detention area to meet the guidelines of the court system and provides an accessible holding cell. In addition, the project significantly reduces the building’s energy consumption and improves energy performance to meet future codes.

Our estimates included window and roof replacement, masonry, MEP, fire protection, air handling units, roof fans, drain replacement, and backflow preventer equipment and installation.
