Ellana provided cost estimating services for the renovation and expansion of the 166,000-square-foot Monroe County Courthouse. The project is broken down into three separate phases consisting of the existing courthouse renovation, the existing annex renovation, and the new addition. The modernization addresses the expansion needs and security requirements for the Monroe County Court System.
