Carlisle Police Station Renovation &Reconfiguration

The goal of this reconfiguration project was to improve the operations of the facility. As a cost consultant to the design team, Ellana produced an estimate that would give the team an accurate view of cost for what was a challenging design project. The renovation covered all facets of the facility. In addition to the programming work, the design also included demolition to structures on the project site, storm water drainage improvement and new site utilities, AC system replacement, and new MEP systems. The public safety facility remains open during construction and temporary protections are factored into the design and estimation.
