Ellana assisted Habeeb and Associates and provided costs related to the feasibility study that expands on a previous assessment, and issued estimates for the proposed and prioritized recommendations for comprehensive building systems upgrade.

The Hampton County Hall of Justice is a four-stor y, 255,000-square-foot building from the mid-1970s that houses the Springfield District Court, Superior Court, Probate and Family Court and the Registry of Deeds. The hall includes 21 court rooms, 10 jury deliberation rooms and a detention area with 28 holding cells.
