Completed in 1937, this three-story courthouse clad in limestone with a granite base sits on a prominent corner in Brooklyn Heights. Ellana provided cost estimating services to reconstruct the street-level parking area at the Brooklyn Appellate Courthouse and improve the sitework.

Our estimate included pricing for new lighting, updated access control, refurbishing the existing fencing, hardware, exterior hollow metal doors, exterior pipes and drains, asphalt, pedestrian ramps, concrete, and new sidewalks.

The courthouse is in a residential neighborhood, so this parking lot is an essential operating component for the facility.
