Ellana provided cost estimating consultant service at master planning stage for construction of new and renovation of existing projects at Pilgrim and Toll Gate High Schools. The estimates provides costs for several projects and options for projects with a variety of programming. Work included additions, building systems relocation and replacemetn, new facilities, roofing repair and site improvements to facilitate collaboration and community, in support of master planning goals.
