Ellana provided cost estimating services for the conceptual planning of a complete interior gut & fit out of an existing K-8 school just outside Boston, MA. The 220,000 SF project included gut demolition and abatement, new MEP systems, partitioning, and associated finishes, equipment, and furnishings. The building envelope was to be reclad, replacement windows, and a new roof system.
