Ellana provided cost estimating for the evaluation and recommended updates of the School’s building facades and other envelope features, roofing, entrance, sitework including hardscape and landscape, building foundation/structure, building’s MEP system and other relevant scopes. The School consists of a series of seven brownstones in Greenwich Village, separated by a courtyard.
