City of Cambridge Public Schools - Graham & Parks School Roof Replacement

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the roof system replacement and associated deck repairs at this Pre-K through 5th Grade public school in Cambridge, MA. Estimates were provided at the schematic and 60% design phases.

Challenge’s included hazardous material removals at the existing roof, and replacing the new roof system while the school remained operation.

Minor interior upgrades including bathrooms and kitchen renovations were also included in the project.
