Ellana provided feasibility/early design phase cost estimates preparation for the expansion-renovation to an existing Unitarian church in Summit. The scope involved demolishing the neighboring funeral home and build a new sanctuary space and fellowship hall in its place. The proposed expansion is approximately 20,000 SF including a basement, ground floor, and mezzanine level; as well as a ground floor connection to the existing church.
