Barrymore Film Center and Museum

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the construction of a two-story film center and museum in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The building is approximately 22,000 SF and is designed to contain program areas of lobby, museum displays, a 265 seat theatre, offices, dressing rooms, and concessions. The structure consists of shallow foundations, steel superstructure, and metal panel and curtain wall façade. The project required all new sidewalks including a specialized walk of fame. The interior fit-out contains all new partitions, doors, finishes, and MEP systems.
