Revere Department of Public Works, New Maintenance Building

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the redevelopment of a 2.5-acre site including demolition and abatement of a single-story maintenance and office building and new storage facilities. The redevelopment features a two-story, 50,000-square-foot pre-engineered maintenance and office building, a new salt storage shed and fuel storage facility, reconfigured parking lots, driveways and associated civil, landscaping and utility works. The site required extensive soil decontamination.
