Ellana provided cost estimating services to Nelligan White at the schematic, 50%, and 100% design phases of this project development.

The project scope covers construction post-Sandy recovery constriction and prevention measures to the three residential buildings on site; renovations to the existing community center; construction of a new Central Heating Plant; and associated sitework. Each new residential building received façade repairs, new roofing systems, and a new emergency generator. The new CHP serves the entire site, and involved shut downs and tie-ins to the existing buildings.
