Cost estimating for the roof replacement of a building with 27,000 square feet of un-ballasted EPDM roofing that dates to 2002. The roof leaks at the seams and features faulty patches. The project also studies the roof conditions of the adjacent maintenance facility and garage. The two structures are part of the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department facility, that also includes a building constructed in 1994 that faces similar roof issues across its 170,000-square-foot roofing system.
