The Empyrean Club

The Empyrean Club is a new venue and concept that combines theatre, nightlife and a social club within a post-modern design. Ellana provided cost estimating services for this multi-level entertainment project at 421 Troutman Street in Brooklyn. The club features a black box theater with seating riser platforms, dressing rooms, green room, lounge, restaurant, rooftop terrace, and bar.

Ellana’s estimates included pricing for selective demolition, masonry, electrical upgrades, lighting, HVAC, sprinklers, fire alarms, underpinning, temporary shoring of existing building structure, concrete, metal pan stairs, handrails, millwork, plumbing, finishes, and MEP rooftop equipment.
