She Wolf Bakery & Production Facility

She Wolf, a popular vendor at New York City farmer’s markets, opened its first indoor bakery inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard’ Food Hall at Building 77. The bakery team also relocated its production facility to this location.
Ellana served as cost estimator on this 6,900 SF interior renovation project. The main program elements include:
Production Facility: This is the core of the new space, designed to efficiently handle the bakery’s high production volume.
Temperature-Controlled Storage: This feature is crucial for maintaining the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
Retail Space: Customers can purchase bread and other baked goods directly from the bakery.
Receiving Area: A designated space for receiving supplies to streamline logistics.
