Ellana provided conceptual level cost estimating services for infrastructure upgrades at airports throughout Rhode Island. The estimates were used to assist with decision-making and the prioritization of upgrade projects. The airports included in the study were Block Island, Newport, North Central, Quonset, TF Green and Westerly.
