Provided conceptual design cost studies to allow the client to make an informed decision for their future investment. The submittal to the client was a total of eight (8) cost evaluations – each of which placed the lounge at a different location and/or orientation and sizing. There were four options done for the departures area, and four options done for the mezzanine level. Each aspect of these options required a determination on cost implications, airport operations, passenger flow and construction schedule.
