Ellana provided cost estimating consultant service for relocation and expansion of Security ID Office in Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR Airport) at first floor. The scope of work included waiting area, open office space with various amenities, and special spaces. The office space is primarily open workstations with enclosed offices, conference rooms, and reception. Amenities and special spaces include SGT, CBT training rooms, screening rooms, lunch rooms, storage spaces, and IT room.
