In 2014, Ellana provided concept/studies cost estimates to AECOM for a 660,000-square-foot, two-level structure with a partial third level. The new terminal was constructed on the site of the former Eastern Airline Terminal after demolition. The present carriers are Japan Airlines, Korean Air, Lufthansa, and Air France. Food gallery, retail, new boarding lounges, and an airline club level on the airside of the security checkpoint are included in the project.
In 2022, Ellana provided cost estimating services to InfoTech and AECOM-Tishman for the first task order of a term contract for the redevelopment of the multi-tiered terminal. Work includes selective demolition and reconstruction of external features prior to the internal gut renovation.
