The awarded team designed a two-story residence for a family in southeastern New York State, south of Albany in the Hudson River Valley. The two-bedroom home features a large garage, vaulted living room, and makers space. Ellana prepared cost estimates for this residential project which included pricing on concrete, insulation, roofing membrane, roof panels, sitework, windows, doors, power, plumbing, generator, and HVAC.
