1356 Fulton Avenue Apartments

A new ten-story residential building focusing on affordable senior housing is underway at 1356 Fulton Avenue in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx. The 129,000 SF concrete structure will include 152 rental apartments along with parking, small outdoor space, community room, and exercise room. The lot contains a small building (which will be demolished) on a sloping site with high rock elevations.
