Creedmoor Psychiatric Center South Campus Transitional Residence

New York State looks to redevelop 55 acres of the southern section of Creedmoor’s 125-acre campus, which is largely underutilized since the deinstitutionalization of mental health services a half century ago. One of the first new buildings is a one-story, 12,000 SF transitional residence with 25 beds.

Ellana served as cost estimator on this project. We provided pricing on demolition, sitework, MEP, concrete, stormwater management, wood trusses, and interior finishes.
