Taste of Queens at New York Mets Citi Field Feasibility Study

Ellana prepared feasibility verification cost estimates for several scenarios to develop a new five-level, 285,000 SF dining and recreational facility in an adjacent parking area next to the New York Mets Citi Field stadium. The program features a market hall, grocery, community areas, bar, and parking at ground level below the Podium Parking Tower.

Taste of Queens is currently a pop-up dining concept with multiple restaurants that rotate their menus throughout the baseball season. The goal is to give back to the community by providing exposure for Queens based small businesses and helping them share their story with the fans at Citi Field. This feasibility study looks at expanding the footprint to permanent space.
