Renaissance Technologies Data Center

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the construction of a new data center on Renaissance Technologies’ campus for research purposes. The proposed building is a one story, 19,000 SF building with an additional 42,000 SF for mechanical/ electrical/ support space plus surrounding site utilities. Ellana was invited to join the project team at the very early stages of design to help with conceptual planning and budget setting. The proposed data hall is set to contain 450-480 IT cabinets at full build.
