Ellana provided cost estimating services for this fit-out project to accommodate their offices within an existing building at 488 Madison Avenue. The scope included interior fit-out of five floors, from 3rd to 7th floor. Each floor is approximately 26,000 SF. Project accommodates operational offices, conferences rooms, boardroom, and specialty spaces such as Cardinal’s Suite/Chancery and Catholic Charities/Special Events.
