MetLife Sports Complex Pedestrian Bridge

Ellana provided cost estimating services for the design of a new 27,450 SF pedestrian bridge between Meadowlands Parking Lot C and American Dream Parking Garage A, crossing Route 120 at the MetLife Sports Complex. NJ Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) will host the 2026 FIFA World Cup and is improving the pedestrian experience around the stadium to manage the expected record attendance.

The team planned, coordinated, and performed the complicated work within a compressed timeline. Developing construction and Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) phasing sequences at the early stage of the project were a primary challenge.

Ellana’s estimates included pricing for pilings, structural steel, site utilities, electric lighting, signage, sitework, and architectural features.
