The project involves energy planning, energy for infrastructure, transportation and existing/new buildings for the City of Yonkers. Ellana’s team assisted the design and development team with cost estimates preparation for the proposed energy conservation measures to include a variety of items such as lighting replacements, boiler upgrades, AC replacement/additions, converting existing steam heating into hot water systems, among approximately 30 other proposed items.
