This project involved providing cost estimating services for the replacement of equipment and repairs to the three-building development damaged by flooding caused by hurricane Sandy. The damages and recommendations were assessed by the architect who determined the actions necessary which included mold remediation, HVAC, and electrical equipment replacements damaged during Hurricane Sandy.
