MetLife Urban Campus – 200 Park Ave

This project involved providing construction cost estimating services for the proposed Metlife Urban Campus at 200 Park Ave. The project consisted of a Welcome Center, a market place, core toilets, new communicating stairs, office renovations at the 3rd thru 5th floors plus 56th and 57th executive suites, and a new atrium. The cost estimate for the 390,485 square foot space was arranged by user and summaries to include alternates.

  • Mezzanine – Metlife entry lobby and conference center. The entry lobby is connected to the main building lobby by an escalator. A portion of the level 3 slab is removed above the lobby to create a double height space.

  • Levels 3 thru 6 – Consisted of office space with various amenities and special spaces. The office spaces are primarily open workstations with enclosed offices and conference rooms interspersed. Amenities/special spaces include a fitness center, kitchen/server/cafeteria and broadcast studio.

  • Levels 56 and 57 – The executive office space included meeting rooms, workspaces for support staff and executive kitchen.

  • Atrium - is created by cutting slab openings in the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors slabs in the core area of the building.
