Ellana provided cost estimating for a complete demolition and removal of three buildings of various size and floor count totaling 54,000 SF and site clearing of 24,000 SF for a total project size of 88,000 SF. Prior to demolition and site clearing, hazardous waste, including but not limited to lead and asbestos, abatement of the site must be done.
