Ellana provided cost estimating services to the architect for the interior renovation to three major areas of the existing Hospital. The lobby portion of the renovation includes enclosing the existing open courtyard and building a new 2-story lobby space. The other major areas of renovation were the primary care clinic, patient education and the pharmacy waiting area.
