Ellana provided conceptual, schematic, and design development cost estimates for the new 46-acre, 1,200,000 SF Ridge Hill Village development, including 11 retail parcels, renovation of an existing 3-story office building, 6 multilevel parking garages, new roads including a roadway/bridge connection with Route 6, and extensive site improvements. The site requires all new utilities including sewer, water, electrical, low voltage lines, and very extensive site grading of various types of soils and rock. Each proposed parcel includes individual landscaped area creating a park image. Services included estimate reconciliations with the construction manager, materials research for the most economical products, and value engineering studies.
