NYPH – Radiation Oncology Expansion

New underground addition of 15,000 square free to the existing building to house the Radiation Oncology department in the hospital’s Advanced Therapeutic Services Center. The scope of services included providing cost estimating of the original scope of work and a scope of work of the revised design to incorporate construction of three concrete vaults with radiation and magnetic shielding and interior fit-out including exam and procedure rooms; full mechanical & electrical distribution, interior construction and medical equipment and casework. Scope of services also included review of bulletins and change orders, including reconciliation with the construction manager.
