NYCSCA Q378 Linden Place High School – Full Interior Renovation

This project involved providing cost estimates for the conversion of an existing office building into a High School for approximately 475 students located on a 45,600 SF site at the northeast corner of Linden Place and 31st Road in Flushing, Queens. Ellana will be providing pre-schematic report estimate, final report, 50% construction documents, and 100% construction document estimating services. The project scope covers the interior demolition of the existing spaces, new interior finishes, new laboratory casework, and energy efficient lab hoods, The MEP scope covers new plumbing services, new mechanical systems, new fire protection, electrical systems, new generator, fire alarm system, telephone system, data cabling network (LAN), elevator communication system, public address, sound intercommunication, a teacher activated security system, master clock system, intrusion alarm system, video surveillance system, and auxiliary signal system.
