This project involved providing cost estimating services for this geriatric center located at 4915 Tenth Avenue in Brooklyn to accommodate a 354-bed facility of 156,000 square feet. The project comprises partial interior renovation on floors 1 through 8; new mechanical infrastructure; electrical upgrades; and architectural improvements. The project will be built in three phases during a 36-month construction period and work will be prioritized based on the owner’s needs.
The services provided included detailed estimating based on the preliminary/schematic phase of design to assist the ownership and the design team with accurate scope pricing for priorities and project phasing.
