This project involved providing cost estimating services for building modifications that included the demolition of the ground floor area to make way for a covered three position loading dock recessed into the building. The second level floor was maintained as much as possible. The foundations; structural framing; MEP; site/civil grade-utilities; and exterior/interiors were all affected as well as screening functions by this design concept.
