Ellana provided cost estimating for all disciplines and alternatives for the interior fit-out of several floors in a commercial building that total 215,000 square feet. The space features various program areas including offices, a health club, retail and food markets, dining and bar establishments, and an atrium. The project included all new partitions, doors, finishes, and MEP systems with an interior and exterior reconfiguration of a multi-story atrium and its façade.
