DESCRIPTION

ELLANA provided design cost estimating and construction cost management services for the renovation of the existing Milford Plaza Hotel located on Eighth Avenue, between 44th and 45th Streets in New York City. The project comprises a complete renovation of the approximately 450,000sf building to be done in various phases while the hotel stays its operation, and includes full infrastructure upgrades and interior renovation of public areas and guestrooms.
