This luxury condominium in Brooklyn features modern apartment layouts and finishes and a classic exterior brick façade with contemporary details and aluminum accents. The 11-story, 70,000-square-foot building has 46 apartments with supporting space in the basement and outdoor residential parking.

Initial budgeting and project cost estimating for this 1-million-square-foot, mixed-use development containing a 13-story new facility for CUNY’s NYC College of Technology (City Tech) and a 64-story residential tower. The project includes a new underground gymnasium and a 1,000-seat theatre. Services include pricing of various design options; cost allocations among different users; and value engineering.

Owner Representative for this 130,000-square-foot, 17-story, mixed-use private development consisting of retail, office, and residential uses with 3 levels of above-grade parking. Services included cost estimate preparation at all levels of design; evaluation of various design options; value engineering; and preliminary contactor solicitation.

Fifth on the Park, New York, NY
Design development and final construction document cost estimates for this 26-story residential tower and four-story sanctuary occupied by Bethel Gospel Assembly. Fifth on the Park will occupy the full block front of Fifth Avenue between 119th Street and 120th Street. The project is located directly across the street from the 20-acre Marcus Garvey Park, 10 blocks from Central Park, and five blocks from the 125th Street corridor. Above the 1,800-seat church will be a 26-story residential tower that will include affordable rental apartments; market-rate condominiums; and a 117-space subterranean parking garage. The building totals 415,000
