Conceptual, schematic, and design development cost estimate preparation for this new development of 46 acres, including 11 retail parcels; one residential, mid-sized building; 6 multilevel parking garages; new roads including a roadway/bridge connection to Route 6; extensive site improvements; and development including a shopping mall.

Downtown and Waterfront Development, Yonkers, NY
Cost estimating services for this proposed $1.8-billion development that involves four separate development sites: Cacace Center, Larkin Plaza, River Park Center, and Palisades Point. The projects include residential high-rise buildings; office buildings; numerous parking garages; a baseball field; and a new theatre. Extensive site development is required and includes opening up that section of the Sawmill River that runs underneath downtown Yonkers and creating a public promenade and associated infrastructure upgrades associated with such development including new utilities, street realignments, and pedestrian and vehicular bridges.

Queens West Waterfront Development, Queens, NY
Served as an Independent Cost Consultant to the Queens West Development Corporation as part of the Real Estate/Architects/Cost Consulting Team. Services included cost evaluations for the various schemes of the proposed mixed-use development at this 34-acre former proposed Olympic site. Seven parcels consisting of residential, cultural, institutional, retail, commercial, and parking use were evaluated for market demand, constructibility, and most effective cost of the proposed development.

Beekman Mixed-Use Development, New York, NY
Cost estimating services for all construction trades for this new, 76-story, 1.1-million-sf, luxury condominium/rental development that will combine a tower of residential units, a NYCSCA middle/high school, and an NYU facility to be located in the building podium. Services included conceptual cost studies of various design concepts; full cost estimates at schematic and design development stages; and participation in all project value engineering sessions

City Tech Academic & Residential Development, New York, NY
Initial budgeting and project cost estimating for this 1-million-square-foot, mixed-use development containing a 13-story new facility for CUNY’s NYC College of Technology (City Tech) and a 64-story residential tower. The project includes a new underground gymnasium and a 1,000-seat theatre. Services include pricing of various design options; cost allocations among different users; and value engineering.

Greyrock, Stamford, CT
Owner Representative for this 130,000-square-foot, 17-story, mixed-use private development consisting of retail, office, and residential uses with 3 levels of above-grade parking. Services included cost estimate preparation at all levels of design; evaluation of various design options; value engineering; and preliminary contactor solicitation.
