The project is located directly across the street from the 20-acre Marcus Garvey Park, 10 blocks from Central Park, and five blocks from the 125th Street corridor. Above the 1,800-seat church will be a 26-story residential tower that will include affordable rental apartments; market-rate condominiums; and a 117-space subterranean parking garage. The building totals 415,000

The options vary from demolition of the existing eight-story school building and replacing it with a new building, to full gut renovation of the existing school and construction of additional floors on top of the existing structure.
