Design development and final construction document cost estimates for this 26-story residential tower and four-story sanctuary occupied by Bethel Gospel Assembly. Fifth on the Park will occupy the full block front of Fifth Avenue between 119th Street and 120th Street. The project is located directly across the street from the 20-acre Marcus Garvey Park, 10 blocks from Central Park, and five blocks from the 125th Street corridor. Above the 1,800-seat church will be a 26-story residential tower that will include affordable rental apartments; market-rate condominiums; and a 117-space subterranean parking garage. The building totals 415,000 sf.

 

Salvation Army - Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, Staten Island, NY
Cost estimating services at all stages of design and construction for this new complex in Staten Island. This 100,000-sf project includes an athletic facility, conference and training rooms, a 500-seat theatre, and a chapel. 

 

Cross Island YMCA, Nassau County, NY 
Cost estimating services at all stages of design and construction for the renovation of and addition to this 43,000-sf center. Project value - $11 million.

Schematic cost estimating services for this office building and parking garage; work included sitework.

 

Salvation Army – Centennial Memorial Temple Renovation, New York, NY 
Conceptual cost estimating services for the interior renovation of the meeting room; the addition of exterior windows; replacement of existing sidewalk; plaza paving; and alterations at existing tree pits.

 

Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun / Ramaz School Renovation, New York, NY
Conceptual cost estimates for the renovation of the Ramaz School, an independent day school on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The scope of work includes conceptual pricing of various design schemes in order to select the most economical development. The options vary from demolition of the existing eight-story school building and replacing it with a new building, to full gut renovation of the existing school and construction of additional floors on top of the existing structure. The project also involves major exterior and interior renovation of the existing adjacent synagogue.
