Columbia University Campus Expansion, Manhattan, NY
Cost estimating services for the initial planning stage
of this expansion project. Services included
programmatic estimating, conceptual cost evaluations of
the various design options, and proper cost allocations
among proposed users. The new, state-of-the-art Columbia
University campus will occupy two city blocks featuring
18 buildings of science, academic, residential, and
recreational facilities with seven levels of supporting
underground facilities, for a combined total of
1.8-million square feet.

Cost estimating services at all stages of design for the construction of the following new schools:

Long Island University Renovations, Brooklyn, NY
Cost estimating services for various campus renovations, such as a new fitness center, new building entry, nursing training room, and various others. Services included conceptual cost studies through design development and construction document stages of design. Cost - $3 million.

SUNY/Brockport, Special Events Recreation Center, New York
Schematic cost estimating services for the addition of a Special Events Recreation Center
(SERC) addition of approximately 152,000 sf to the Tuttle Athletic complex, with a goal of becoming LEED Silver certified. The SERC is to have a 90,000-sf field house; a new, state-of-the-art health/wellness/fitness space; multipurpose rooms; conference rooms; and a green room. The proposed 89,000-sf field house, a flexible space, can host sporting events as well as concerts for 3,000 persons and commencement exercises for about 6,000 persons.
