The construction is scheduled to happen over a number of years and in multiple phases. When preparing the estimate, the schedule and logistics of the numerous construction projects going on were taken into consideration, and incorporated into the estimate for the streetscape. Also included in the estimated cost is the money associated with the temporary work and logistics needed for the opening of the 9/11 Memorial. |
