Client/Developer: Brainbridge Owner: Starwood Capital Group Contract Duration: 2011 Service Provided: Cost Management: cost estimating DESCRIPTION ELLANA provided cost management, along with document assessment, services to Starwood Capital Group for their interest in fi nancing the development of the site in Prince William County VA. We produced a comprehensive report that included a constructability review, developers cost estimate, site conditions, existing construction progress, value engineering options and recommendations, for the client to utilize in their decision to finance the project. The project is a rental housing community being developed on a 12 acre site in Prince William County VA. When complete this 274,000 sf garden style development will include 294 apartments in 9 buildings, plus a club house and swimming pool. The sitework includes new grading for the buildings roads, enclosed parking structures, playground, utilities and landscaping. The buildings are all cald in a combination of brick and vinyl siding over stick frame construction. |
