The project encompasses a new intermodal transportation hub featuring YMCA facilities, a 4-story parking garage, a new train station, and extensive site remediation and site improvements. Services included schematic, design development, and construction document cost estimates, cost studies, and value engineering pricing. The project was designed to meet LEED® Silver requirements. |
